I sell my pups a little differently than other people. I don't just take your money and let you pick what you think is the cutest.
THEY DO GROW UP!
I try to match the pups personality to the new family.
My goal is to have my pups grow old with the people that adopt them as babies. I do my best to make owning an Aussie as much fun for you as they have been for me.
If you are interested in a Starrbreak pup email me @ starrbreak@aol.com
and put Aussie pups in subject line.
*I do reserve the right to refuse selling a pup if I feel the home will not be suitable*
All of our puppies are sold under contact and only to select homes. When a reservation for a dog is placed a $200.00 non-refundable deposit is required, which will be deducted from the purchase price of the pup.
Our puppies are raised in our house and receive a lot of love and attention. We encourage our friends and the new owners to stop by on a weekly basis to play and meet with the puppies. I feel this helps with socializing the pups and also the pups get to know their new family and I feel it helps when the day comes to take the puppy home. I feel it makes for a less traumatic experience for the pup, since they have a familiar person or persons when adjusting to their new surroundings.
I do ask anyone coming for a visit to stay away from pet stores, vets offices, to keep from bringing diseases into my new babies.
All of our puppies are started on their series of shots, checked for worms and wormed if necessary; eyes are cleared by a canine ophthalmologist (and are sold with the paperwork to show the eye clearances from the ophthalmologist).
We start working on house breaking at a very early age by either taking them out on a regular basis and supply the pups with an area for them to get away from their sleeping area with what is referred to as litter box training.
AKC/ASCA/UKC Registration Paperwork, contract and a lot of helpful literature.

I want to say a very special Thank You to the great families that we have a Starrbreak pup.
And you guys will never know how much all the compliments you have emailed means to me. The following unsolicited comments mean more to me than if you told me the puppy just won a major dog show event:
Again Thank You!
My wife and I came to visit Cindy and Allen at Starrbreak on October 10th and prior to arriving for the initial puppy visit we were already impressed with her dedication and passion for the breed.
After seeing how you worked with the puppies and took exceptional care of them and makes us glad we went with someone of your caliber. We are anxious and excited for the arrival of the new pup. Thanks again Cindy for your hard work , compassion, and love for what you do the best.

Cindy,
I had to write to say thank you, thank you, thank you. As you know I bought Marcie with the intention of doing both obedience and agility with her. With her energy, and to give her some time to mature mentally, we started agility first. My agility instructor is not crazy about Aussies; she is more a Border Collie or Jack Russell person, her exception being the Aussie I am currently running. Then comes Marcie. Right away she noticed Marcie’s awesome angles, her flexibility and her willingness to try anything I ask. The time you spent exposing Marcie to the equipment early on has really been apparent and she repeatedly makes me look good. She exhibits absolutely no concern about the height obstacles and adores both the table and tunnel. At this early age, we have been shaping hind end awareness for two on- two off, hand jive, and teaching her to read my front and rear crosses as she moves through and around the cones. But it was the send for distance work that really showed me she how intelligent she was. Her handler focus and obstacle focus have been a continuous source of pride for me, but when I saw her aha moment on the send- to continue on to and around an obstacle without me as I supported from a distance, I could not have been more thrilled! She is going to be a fast dog- and I am not a fast runner so I will really need that obstacle commitment from her.
When I was looking for another dog, I realized that I was asking for a lot, the whole package- but I know what it takes to compete in all the things I do. You kept saying that Marcie was the one for me, and you were right. I found it all in her: correct structure; to die for angles; bone; solid temperament; intelligence; and character strength balanced by bidability. Bless you for the care and thought you put into your breeding program, and for producing such incredible individuals. I love Marcie and we will make you proud!
